Pilates Mats Certification is a prerequisite to certifying on the challenging and exciting Pilates machines. We've just updated our training manual with more photos, more exercises, more challenge and more FUN!

WEEKEND PILATES MATS CERTIFICATION
10 weekends
Certify to teach Pilates Mats from pre-Basic through Super Advanced levels! In this course you'll learn to work confidently with fitness clients, Special Populations, Pilates props like fitness balls, bands, rings and weights, also develop a deep understanding of Pilates Specific Anatomy, teaching skills and marketing yourself.
PILATES MATS 12-WEEK INTENSIVE
Offered on request starting January 2017
Become certified to teach Pilates Mats in an intensive 12-week period. The training includes seminar/classroom time, Pilates-specific anatomy, observation/participation/practice teaching.
Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays plus every other Saturday during the training.
Great as a destination training because it gives you most weekends free to explore Tuscany! Some Pilates experience is necessary to fully appreciate this intense comprehensive certification.
The Intensive covers the same points as our Weekend Training program.
